• Range builder inputs. The cooking style, storage, household and budget choices you make to generate a range map. These are ordinary preferences and are not special-category data.
• Account details. If you create an account or buy credits, we hold your name, email address and a record of your plan.
• Messages. When you contact us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
• Technical data. Basic, aggregated information such as pages viewed, used to keep the service working.

How we use it

• To generate cookware range boards and kit checklists for you.
• To manage credits, subscriptions and your account.
• To respond to enquiries and provide support.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the service.

Lawful bases

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the studio), on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the service, and to meet our legal obligations. Where required, we rely on your consent and you may withdraw it at any time.

Payments

Online payment is not yet connected. When a payment provider is added, card details will be handled by that provider and not stored by us. Until then, no payment information is taken on this site.

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as long as we are legally required to. Builder inputs and messages are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were given.
