Shipping & Returns
This policy covers any ordinary kitchen goods offered through Kitchen Range. It is separate from credits and subscriptions for the digital studio.

Current status
The studio is digital first. Where ordinary kitchen goods are offered, the terms below apply. Online payment is not yet connected, so no orders for goods are being dispatched at this time.
Shipping
- Goods are sent to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- A delivery estimate is shown at the point of order. Estimates are working-day ranges, not guarantees.
- Once a payment provider is connected, shipping charges are shown clearly before you confirm an order.
Returns
- You may return unused ordinary kitchen goods within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, in line with your statutory rights.
- Items should be returned in a resaleable condition with any packaging.
- If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How to arrange a return
Email support@kitchenrange.shop with your order reference and we will send return instructions. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
