1. About these terms

By using kitchenrange.shop you agree to these terms. The service is operated by THE KITCHEN RANGE COOKSHOP LTD, registered in the United Kingdom under company number 05282185.

2. What the service is

Kitchen Range is an online inspiration tool. It generates digital cookware range boards and kit checklists for ordinary home kitchen goods, based on the preferences you enter. It is for general planning only.

3. What the service is not

The studio does not provide nutrition advice, food-safety certification, gas or electrical advice, commercial kitchen compliance, fitting or installation services, or any guaranteed outcome. Range boards are suggestions, not professional recommendations. You are responsible for your own choices about what to buy and how to use ordinary cookware safely according to the manufacturer's instructions.

4. Accounts, credits and subscriptions

• You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure.
• Building a range board uses credits, as described on the pricing page.
• Subscription credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over.
• Online payment is not yet connected. No purchase can be completed until a payment provider is added; until then no charges are made.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You may use range boards and checklists for your own personal planning.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text and imagery belong to THE KITCHEN RANGE COOKSHOP LTD or its licensors. Range boards you generate are for your personal use.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of range boards or checklists. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

8. Goods

Where ordinary kitchen goods are offered, they are sold separately and subject to our Shipping & Returns policy and your statutory rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
