Refund Policy

Current status

Online payment is not yet connected to the studio. No payments are being taken, so there is nothing to refund at this time. The terms below apply once a payment provider is added.

Credit packs

• Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than a small number of credits have been used.
• Once a credit has been used to build a range board, that credit is treated as consumed and is not refundable.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal. The current period continues until it ends, and the monthly credit allowance remains available during that period.
• If you are charged in error or the service is unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will put it right.

Ordinary kitchen goods

Any physical kitchen goods are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy and your statutory rights, which are separate from credit and subscription refunds.

How to request a refund

Email support@kitchenrange.shop with your account email and order reference. We aim to respond within five working days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
